If you want healthy, environmentally friendly products, look no further. Our toy nook is full of battery-free options, completely powered by imagination. (we are also a battery recycle drop off, bring in your batteries and receive a $5.00 thank you voucher) From skin care to safe make-up, Canadian made jewelry, journals, puzzles, natural deodorant, soaps and lotions, and gorgeous bags for baby gear or laptops, we have shelves full of fabulous stock for you to choose from.

For the new mothers out there, in the rear of the store we have a comfy baby feeding area with an assortment of wooden toys for siblings to keep busy. Come on in and sit down to fuel up and recharge!

Upstairs we have a busy schedule for social connections and fitness and "the luna lounge" is available for rental, please inquire for availability. Some of our current programs include mom and baby pilates and yoga, exercise work out classes, personal training, and a variety of yoga classes! For the social lifestyle, we have mom-circles to get out and get chatting. There are Mother Nurture circles, Mothering Matters circles, Breastfeeding Circles, and a variety of workshops running.
